Cabrito Reposado Tequila is Produced from 100% Agave which is grown and nurtured in the town of Arandas in lalisco, giving it a sweeter, fruiter flavour. Harvested by hand after 8 to 10 years of growth from the distilleries’ own Agave fields, it is then baked in a clay oven to extract the sweet sugars to produce one of Mexico’s most loved and widely consumed Tequilas. Reposado is aged for up to 18 months in previously used bourbon barrels.
